Horticulture EAMU Programme

To make sure the SCEPTREplus programme delivers practical solutions, we work closely with our dedicated team who secure Extensions of Authorisations for Minor Use (EAMUs) for the industry.

So far, following successful trials in SCEPTREplus, the team has secured the following EAMUs:

Herbicides

• Devrinol – herbs and spinach
• Dual Gold – sweetcorn
• Emerger – garlic, onion, shallot, caraway, dill, parsley
• Flexidor – carrot, horseradish, parsnip
• Gamit – carrots
• Hurricane – carrots
• Metobromuron – ornamental production
• Venzar 500SC – outdoor leafy vegetables and fresh herbs
• Wing P – courgette, squash, pumpkin and sweetcorn
• Emerger - Root crops, alliums and celery

Fungicides

• Prolectus – ornamental plant production for the control of botrytis spp.
• Serenade ASO – outdoor cabbage for the control of Botrytis cinerea as a post-harvest drench

Insecticides

• FLiPPER – protected ornamentals for the control of aphids, whitefly and spider mite
• Mainman – pepper and chilli for the control of aphids
• Teppeki – cabbage for the control of aphid and peach potato aphid
